Assistant Farm Manager

Ideal candidate for this position has tractor experience and the ability to change implements independently, operate a manual transmission, run farming equipment, direct and manage other crew members. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a sense of humor are necessary, own transportation and punctuality are a must.

Position is April to December, 5 days/week 7:30a-pm, days TBD

CSA Coordinator

Exceptional organizational and communication skills necessary. Helps to harvest, clean and process produce. Sends weekly email with recipes and tips for food prep and storage. Liason between Farmer and CSA members. Must have own transportation and be punctual.

Position is from May-Nov, 4 days/week, Tues-Fri 8:30a-5:30pm with possibility of additional day.

Field Crew Member

Field Crew members will work as a team under direction of the Farmer and Farm Assistant. Duties include washing produce, weeding, planting and seeding. Candidate will be able to lift 50 lbs, be physically able to complete repetitive tasks, work in all weather and be on time. Must have own transportation & housing, a good attitude, sense of humor and passion for farming. Experience helpful but not essential.

Position is May-Nov, 5 days/week, 7:30a-4pm
